Welcome to GentlePaw! We are delighted that you have chosen our products for your beloved pets. Before making a purchase, please read and agree to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing and using GentlePaw products, you acknowledge and accept these terms, which are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing GentlePaw products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use our products.

  2. Product Use and Safety GentlePaw products are designed with the safety and well-being of your pets in mind. However, it is your responsibility to use the products correctly and in accordance with the provided instructions. GentlePaw is not responsible for any misuse of the products.

  3. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by New Jersey law, GentlePaw shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for injury or harm to pets, property damage, or any other losses arising from the use of our products.

  4. Assumption of Risk By using GentlePaw products, you acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks associated with the use of any pet product, and you assume all responsibility for any harm or damage that may occur to your pet as a result of using our products.

  5. No Guarantees GentlePaw does not guarantee that our products will be suitable for all pets or that they will meet all of your expectations. We recommend consulting with a veterinarian before using any new product on your pet, especially if your pet has known health issues or sensitivities.

  6. Refund and Return Policy GentlePaw does not offer refunds unless the product is found to be defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or a refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging along with proof of purchase.

  7. Product Warranties GentlePaw products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any issues with our products, please contact our customer service for assistance. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

  8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GentlePaw and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our products or breach of these terms.

  9. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of New Jersey.

  10. Modifications to Terms GentlePaw reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our products constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
